Szállítási és visszaküldési információk.
1. Scope
This policy describes how EMAD PERII SRL delivers ordered products and the conditions for returns and claims under applicable Romanian and EU law.
2. Delivery areas
We mainly deliver within Romania. International orders are agreed individually in the quote (Incoterms, customs).
3. Delivery times
Stated at order confirmation. Stock items: typically 3–10 business days after payment. Custom brushes: 2–6 weeks depending on specifications.
4. Reception
Inspect parcels on receipt. Report visible transport damage within 48 hours with photos.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Under OUG 34/2014, consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days without giving a reason, unless an exception applies.
Custom-made brushes manufactured to your specifications are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 16 OUG 34/2014).
6. Returns procedure
Contact us by email before returning. Products must be unused and in original packaging where possible. Refunds within 14 days of receiving the return, where applicable.
7. B2B customers
Returns only with prior written agreement. Claims must be notified within contractual or statutory time limits.
